For these equipments are designed as per international codes like ASME, PD 5500, AD 2000 Merkblatt, IS, EN 13445, PED/97/23/EC, TEMA or as per any other international code.
BCS engineers have the expertise to design pressure Vessels to ASME section VIII codes. We have all the welders qualified upto 6 G position Radiography welding can be done as per customers’ needs. Pressure vessels upto 3 meter Dia meter and 25 meter length can be manufactured. Thickness of vessel that can be handled is 32mm. Fabrication and welding is done strictly as per code. BCS has been qualified skilled workers for fabrication, welding and painting of vessels. Third party inspection by TUV, DNV, HSB , Llydods, Bureau Veritias, and TATA any other agency as called for by the customer can be done.
